Guía: Deadpool X-Force Epic Quest

Introduction

An Epic Quest allows you to build a powerful Native Tier-2 character from scratch up until max rank and mastery, through the completion of various challenges and an accompanying storyline.
I'd like to thank my Alliance Nextwave for helping out (recruiting now! PM /u/StillFlash if you're an active Discord user and want to join a casual and friendly lv29.8/store lv10 Alliance!) as well as /u/xtro-reddit for datamining and compiling the stage data in this spreadsheet.
Credit to /u/binarybandit for the formatting and inspiration, you can check out his other two excellent Epic Quest Guides here:

Rise of the X-Men: Reddit threadWiki Page
Finally, you can view this guide on the Subreddit Wiki at this link.
Hope you guys find this useful, and please let me know if you have any additions or corrections and I'll credit you and edit them in.

Recommended Progression

Since Epic Quests are fairly resource-intensive, it is recommended you have (or work towards achieving) the following:
5 Daily Clears on Normal World Bosses for Black Anti-Matter
Decent progression in Shadowland for Norn Stone Selectors and Black Anti-Matter
Decent progression in the "Rise of the X-Men" or Wolverine Epic Quest, as there's a lot of overlap in resources between the two. This also applies the other way: if you have good progress in the X-Force quest, the Wolverine one's research quests will be a lot more manageable.

Deluxe Package

The Deluxe Package can be purchased on the X-Force Epic Quest menu, costing 6600 Crystals. It's almost identical to the Magneto Deluxe Package right down to the 1500 Crystal Refund, stage drops and gradual rewards. When you complete each stage with the Deluxe Package bought, you can claim an additional reward which ranges from Psylocke X-Genes (generally enough to Tier-2 her), M'Kraan Shards (enough to max her Mastery), 1500 Crystals and 300m Gold. However, note that you'll get these as you progress through the Epic Quest, and if you're not too far in at the time of purchase you won't get much of the gradual rewards until later.
Although this will likely end up being referred to as the “Psylocke Package”, it’s important to note that you’re not paying 6600 Crystals for Psylocke alone - the main draw is the mission that drops plenty of Phoenix Feathers, M'Kraan Crystals and M'Kraan Shards as well as around 10 Psylocke X-Genes every run. Getting an 20 X-Genes a day for 8 Energy is a fantastic deal, and will provide you with plenty of fodder to help you build up Natives and/or level characters past 60.
Additionally, Psylocke is required at Tier-2 to unlock Stryfe, so if that’s something you want to do you’ll need to purchase the Deluxe Package. If you want to grind Colossus to Tier-2 for the Stryfe unlock, Psylocke's stage also has his X-Genes drop when he appears as a Shifter.
Yes, you can claim Deluxe Package rewards retroactively, meaning if you complete certain stages and then buy the Deluxe Package later, you can claim those earlier rewards afterwards with no penalty.
Crystal Calculations
Below is a breakdown of how quickly you can earn Crystals and therefore how long you'll have to wait to get Psylocke. This applies to lower-VIP players as obviously those who aren't shy about spending can just top up crystals and buy Psylocke outright.
Of course the Timeline Battle placement may vary depending on your performance.
Condition
Crystals/Week if Condition is met
Stark Stash
575 (75/day * 7 days + 200/mo / 4 wks)
Daily Challenges Complete
175 (25/day * 7 days)
Weekly Challenge Complete
30 (30/wk)
Check-In Reward
75 (300/mo / 4 wks)
Decently high Vibranium Timeline Battle placement
180-200 (180/wk)
Total (F2P, no Stark Stash)
460/wk
Total (Low VIP, Stark Stash)
1035/wk
All in all you should be there in 6 weeks with the Stark Stash, assuming you're starting from 0. It's over double at about 14 weeks for F2P.
However this doesn't factor in other methods of getting Crystals, such as levelling characters (lv.40 gives 20, lv60 gives 40 and lv70 gives 60), which you may want to use to boost your Crystal gain.
Clone of Cable
This is basically the same thing as unlocking Jean Grey with the previous Epic Quest. If you get all of the 6 required characters (Deadpool, Fantomex, Domino, Psylocke, Colossus and Cable) to Tier-2, with full mastery and level 60, Stryfe can be recruited, from which point you build him from scratch.

X-Force vs Rise of the X-Men

It's hard to make an objective judgement at this point, since it's a bit early to say whether Deadpool and Stryfe are better than Wolverine and Jean (though it seems quite clear that Psylocke > Magneto). However, I can lay out some comparisons (bold is a "win" for the side it's on).
X-Force
Rise of the X-Men
Native Tier-2
Deadpool (Speed)
Wolverine (Combat)
Deluxe Package Character
Psylocke
Magneto
Additional Characters
2 (Fantomex, Domino)
4 (Rogue, Beast, Storm, Cyclops)
"Special" Native Tier-2
Stryfe
Jean Grey
Unlocking the "Special"
6 characters (Colossus paywall, Cable native)
5 characters

Annoying
Don't exist here
While you can run the two concurrently, there's enough overlap in researches and such that I do think you'll be forced to take 1 as priority over the other. As it's hard to come to an objective conclusion right now, I'd just recommend picking the one that has the characters you're more interested in.

The Epic Quest

Required Resources
The following are needed (character-wise) or used up (material-wise) by the end of the Epic Quest.
5 Star Fantomex
5 Star Domino
5 Star Colossus
1100 Dimension Debris
1500 Norn Stones of Brilliance (Green, Speed)
200 Rank 1 Black Anti-Matter
5 Rank 4 Black Anti-Matter
1200 Norn Stones of Chaos
1200 M'Kraan Shards
1200 Phoenix Feathers
1200 M'Kraan Crystals
3 Rank 6 Black Anti-Matter

Colossus

Colossus has been a point of contention for this Epic Quest, being a mostly-paywall-with-shifter-drops and also being required at Tier-2 for Stryfe, so I thought I'd have a section to discuss him.
If you want Colossus X-Genes for free, they can drop in "Stupid X-Men" and "Beginning of the Chaos" missions but only when Colossus is a Shifter, meaning maximum 8 a day. If you really want to farm Colossus this way, force close the game every time a non-Colossus Shifter appears and retry until Colossus spawns. Force closing does not use up the entry, Energy, or Boost Points, but it can get tedious.
Overall I recommend a Mega Rank Up Ticket (or some combination of regular Rank Up Tickets) if you have him at 3* or below (maybe even if you have him 4*), then you can decide if you want to grind out the rest of the X-Genes through Shifter drops, or grab an X-Gene Subscription to finish him.
If you're playing soon after the update drops, you're getting a free 6* Rank Up Ticket in the first week of the MARVEL Cinematic Universe 10th Anniversary Event, which could be good to use on Colossus if you want him Tier-2 for Stryfe. You can also claim the 130 X-Genes (if you lose, 150 if you win) from the Faction Battle and then either grind out the rest with Shifters, or grab an X-Gene Subscription and use the extra X-Genes after maxing Colossus for Magik, X-23 or Colossus' manual Tier-2 or uniform.

Rewards Gained

Regular
Tier-2, 6 Star, 6 Mastery, Level 60 Deadpool
100 Energy
2 000 000 Gold
100 Clear Tickets
30 Fantomex X-Genes
100 Dimension Debris
50 Rank 1 Black Anti-Matter
200 Norn Stones of Brilliance (Green, Speed)
30 Colossus X-Genes
3 Dimension Chests: 6* ISO-8
1 Rank 4 Black Anti-Matter
200 M'Kraan Shards
30 Domino X-Genes
150 Phoenix Feathers
150 M'Kraan Crystals
1 Rank 6 Black Anti-Matter
Deluxe Package
In addition to the instant 6* Psylocke and unlocking the "Beginning of the Chaos" mission, each stage you clear in the Epic Quest will give you a Deluxe Reward. These total to:
400 Psylocke X-Genes
1500 Crystals
630 M'Kraan Shards
3 000 000 Gold
If this sounds familiar it's because it's the exact same as the Magneto Pack rewards!

Advice

Read ahead and know what resources you're going to need throughout the Epic Quest so you can start stockpiling and grinding early.
Know which "easy" quests come after the roadblock you're currently stuck on. The day you pass the roadblock, make sure you haven't already completed any daily tasks you need for subsequent easy quests. There's nothing worse than finally finishing a Research and realising you've already done your Villain Siege and can't progress more than 1 stage further.
Epic Quests are a marathon, not a sprint. Don't feel the need to spam Crystals skipping slightly grindy quests - of course, the option's there if you want to and can afford it, but they're a lot more fun and rewarding if you grind through and it gives you something to do in the game.

This is a simplified version of the Epic Quest steps which excludes all the easy steps. The following stages are ones you are more likely to get stuck on.

Walkthrough

Stage 1: Planting the Seed - [STORY MISSION] Clear x 3
Reward: Deadpool to Level 10
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 2: Taco Truck Terror - Use 50 Energy
Reward: Deadpool to Level 15
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 3: Cable Service - [DAILY MISSION] Clear 1 Stage
Reward: 50 Energy
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Unlocks "Search and Research".
Stage 4: Dark Secrets - [SEARCH] Death Seed #1 Search
Reward: Deadpool to 2 Stars
Deluxe Reward: 300 000 Gold
Clear Story Missions, and you can get Death Seeds as a possible drop. You need 10 to complete this stage, or skip using Crystals. It's all RNG and this might be a minor roadblock (the drop rates aren't horrid).
Unlocks "[Messy Friends] Aw, Man. This Guy?".
Stage 5: Gearing Up - [MESSY FRIENDS] Clear Aw, Man. This Guy? 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Easy.
Stage 6: Put Me In Coach - Use 500,000 Gold
Reward: Deadpool to Level 20
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 7: Reading Up - [ISO-8] Enhance once
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 8: Viva La France! - [SEARCH] Search for the Death Seed #2
Reward: Deadpool to 1 Mastery
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Clear "Messy Friends" missions, and you could get Death Seeds as a possible drop. You need 20 to complete this stage, or skip using Crystals. It's all RNG and this might be a roadblock for a while.
Stage 9: Cut Off One Limb - [VILLAIN SIEGE] Clear 2 Stages
Reward: Deadpool to Level 25
Deluxe Reward: 300 000 Gold
Easy.
Stage 10: Tourist Trap - [DAILY MISSION] Clear 2 Stages
Reward: 50 Clear Tickets
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Easy. If you're gunning through as quickly as possible, this is the stopping point for the first day (as you'd have already done one Daily Mission in Stage 3).
Stage 11: UFO No! - [RESEARCH] Research Mysterious Object #1
Reward: Deadpool to 3 Stars
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
A simple research that requires 100 Dimension Debris. Should be easy, if you don't have enough Debris just run some Dimension Rift stages.
Stage 12: Aw, Man. This Guy? - [MESSY FRIENDS] Clear Aw, Man. This Guy? 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: 10 Fantomex X-Genes
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 13: Run, Frenchie, Run! - Rank Up Fantomex to 3 Stars
Reward: 100 Dimension Debris
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
This might be a stopping point for some. You'll need to grind out Fantomex's "Messy Friends" mission for his X-Genes if you don't have X-Gene selectors or Rank Up Tickets.
If you're completing this shortly after the update, you can use the Event Shop to buy 20 Fantomex X-Genes a day for 80 Event Tokens to speed up this process.
Stage 14: This is Taking For E.V.A. - [RESEARCH] Research Mysterious Object #2
Reward: Deadpool to Level 30
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Another potential stopping point - requires 500 Green (Speed) Norns and 1000 Dimension Debris. You can grind Dimension Debris from Dimension Rifts (Rare+ provides additional Debris per clear) and Norn Stones can be farmed from Story Missions, World Boss Invasion and Daily Missions. Norn Stone selectors can be gained from Shadowland and various events, and you can purchase them from the Chaos Token Shop, 30 Norns for 1650 Chaos Tokens (so about 30 a day).
If you're completing this shortly after the update, you can use the Event Shop to buy 100 Norn Stone Selectors, maximum 3 purchases, for 80 Event Tokens to speed up this process.
Stage 15: French Toast - [MESSY FRIENDS] Clear Aw, Man. This Guy? 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: Deadpool to 2 Mastery
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Easy.
Stage 16: Let's Make a Deal - [TIMELINE BATTLE] Participate 5 times
Reward: Deadpool to Level 35
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 17: Losers of Paris - [STORY MISSION] Clear 3 Stages
Reward: 50 Rank 1 Black Anti-Matter
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 18: Queasy Ride - [RESEARCH] Research E.V.A. #1
Reward: Deadpool to 3 Mastery
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Simple research that requires 200 Rank 1 Black Anti-Matter. May be a minor roadblock but not too difficult assuming you're decently progressed in the game.
Stage 19: Chrome-Plated Comrade - [SPECIAL MISSION] Clear 10 Stages
Reward: 200 Green Norns
Deluxe Reward: 300 000 Gold
Easy.
Stage 20: Ch-Ch-Challenges! - [RESEARCH] Research E.V.A. #2
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
This will likely be a significant roadblock for many. Norn Stones can be farmed from Story Missions, World Boss Invasion and Daily Missions. Norn Stone selectors can be gained from Shadowland and various events, and you can purchase them from the Chaos Token Shop, 30 Norns for 1650 Chaos Tokens (so about 30 a day).
Since the previous stage dropped 200 of these, you essentially need to get 800 by your own means.
Stage 21: Cold Storage - [DAILY MISSION] Clear 2 Stages
Reward: Deadpool to Level 40
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Unlocks "[Stupid X-Men] Chrome-Plated Comrade".
Stage 22: Colossal Problem - [STUPID X-MEN] Clear Chrome-Plated Comrade 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: 10 Colossus X-Genes
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 23: Number Two - Rank Up Colossus to 3 Stars
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
This might be a roadblock for some (though others may already have Colossus ranked up previously). Colossus is available as an Ally Shifter in the "Stupid X-Men" and Psylocke Missions, but otherwise the best way to get him would be using Rank Up Tickets. If you want to pay, his X-Genes are available from the "Get 20 X-Genes Daily" monthly subscription.
Stage 24: What a Hack! - Use 75 Energy
Reward: Deadpool to 4 Stars
Deluxe Reward: 300 000 Gold
Simple.
Stage 25: Flying in Style - [SEARCH] Search X-Jet Fuel #1
Reward: Dimension Chest: 6* ISO-8
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Another RNG roadblock. Much like the "Death Seeds" earlier, X-Jet Fuel is a random drop from Story Missions and you need 50 of them. The drop rates aren't too bad, but the quantity is annoying and might take a while to do without a skip.
Stage 26: Welcoming Committee - [VILLAIN SIEGE] Clear 3 Stages
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 27: Lend a Hand - [STORY MISSION] Clear 5 Stages
Reward: 1 Rank 4 Black Anti-Matter
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 28: Directional Challenge - [RESEARCH] X-Jet Fuel #2
Reward: Deadpool to Level 45
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
This may be a roadblock for some - a research that requires 5x Rank 4 Black Anti-Matter and 1200 Norn Stones of Chaos. While veterans may have plenty stocked up, newer players might be stuck on this for a while: it's the equivalent of 1000 Rank 1 Black Anti-Matter, and 5 625 000 Gold to combine it (though you just did get 1 Rank 4 from the previous quest, so take a fifth off those numbers if you're using it). It's easiest to farm these two resources from World Boss, though you can get some extra in small quantities in Shadowland and events/random drops.
Unlocks "[Stupid X-Men] Psy-Locked Out".
Stage 29: Psy-Locked Out - [STUPID X-MEN] Clear Psy-Locked Out 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: 20 Fantomex X-Genes
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 30: Don't Mind If You Do - Rank Up Fantomex to 5 Stars
Reward: 200 M'Kraan Shards
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
A pretty tough roadblock, assuming you haven't used Rank Up Tickets on Fantomex (which is a good call if you want to get through this Epic Quest quickly). Assuming you've been farming Fantomex every day since the 3* quest, you're looking at a worst case of 24 days, assuming no runs give you more than 1 X-Gene. Realistically it'd probably be closer to or under 20 days.
Stage 31: Psychic Sweep - [RESEARCH] Research the Mini-Cerebro #1
Reward: Deadpool to 4 Mastery
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Possible stopping point again, requiring a significant 1200 M'Kraan Shards. There's a bunch of ways to farm these: Tracking missions (Wolverine Epic Quest), Messy Friends and Stupid X-Men missions, Daily Missions and both Deluxe Package missions.
If you want to instantly get them, you have options in the Honor Token Shop (30 for 1650 Honor Tokens, quite worth it in my opinion) and the Lab Processor (50 for 35 000 Anti-Matter, 200 Gear Up Kits and 150 Dimension Debris, unlocks at Processor level 13).
As noted in the "Required Resources" section above, none of the characters in this Epic Quest require Mastery, so you can hold off on that to save up for this Research.
Stage 32: Locke and (Re)Load - Use 1 000 000 Gold
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 300 000 Gold
Easy.
Stage 33: Wakanda Trick Is This? - [SPECIAL MISSION] Clear 10 Stages
Reward: 25 Energy
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 34: Jungle Boogie - [STUPID X-MEN] Clear Psy-Locked Out 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: Deadpool to Level 50
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Unlocks "[Messy Friends] Domino Falls"
Stage 35: Seed Stealer - [MESSY FRIENDS] Clear Domino Falls 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: 10 Domino X-Genes
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Easy.
Stage 36: Since We're Here... - Rank Up Domino to 3 Stars
Reward: Deadpool to 5 Stars
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Since you've only just unlocked Domino's mission in Stage 34, this may be a roadblock if you don't have/don't intend to use other means of acquiring her (such as Rank Up Tickets or X-Gene Selectors). Shouldn't take more than a week if you run her mission 10 times a day.
Stage 37: Gotta Jet! - [SEARCH] Search X-Jet Detector
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
You need to find 50 X-Jet Detectors, which can be found by running Messy Friends and Stupid X-Men missions. Another RNG quest with a large quantity of things to find, so this will be a roadblock and will require you to throw a lot of energy at it to complete.
Stage 38: Not-So-Safehouse - [STORY MISSION] Clear 10 Stages
Reward: Dimension Chest: 6* ISO-8
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 39: Domino Falls - [MESSY FRIENDS] Clear Domino Falls 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: Deadpool to Level 55
Deluxe Reward: 300 000 Gold
Easy.
Unlocks "[The Big Twin] Cutting Cable".
Stage 40: Double Dipper - [THE BIG TWIN] Clear Cutting Cable 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Easy.
Stage 41: Deadpool Denied - [DAILY MISSION] Clear 2 Stages
Reward: 50 Clear Tickets
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 42: You Guys Again?!? - [TIMELINE BATTLE] Participate 10 times
Reward: Deadpool to 5 Mastery
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 43: Cutting Cable - [THE BIG TWIN] Clear Cutting Cable 3 times
Deadpool must be used
Reward: 20 Domino X-Genes
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 44: Black Market - Rank Up Domino to 5 Stars
Reward: 150 Phoenix Feathers
Deluxe Reward: 40 M'Kraan Shards
Again, a bit of a slow grind and a roadblock if you don't use Tickets or Selectors. At just over 10 X-Genes a day from her mission, this should take around 20 days since the Domino to 3* stage.
Stage 45: Just In Case... - [TIMELINE BATTLE] Win 10 times
Reward: 150 M'Kraan Crystals
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Pick your battles wisely if you want to get this done in one day, as this requires you to win, not only participate. Should take a maximum 2 days if you screw up on the first.
Stage 46: X-Force Assemble! - [RESEARCH] Research the Mini-Cerebro #2
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
A harder research quest that requires 1200 Phoenix Feathers and 1200 M'Kraan Crystals. More experienced players may have a bunch of these already stocked up, but for those that don't, there are plenty of avenues to farm them:
If you're far progressed into the Wolverine Epic Quest, you get about 80 Feathers and 20 Crystals from the 4 runs of Veiled Secret, and another 80/20-ish from the Magneto and Psylock Deluxe Missions. They also drop from "The Big Twin" missions in this Epic Quest.
If you have Quicksilver, Cable, Scarlet Witch or Apocalypse as a "World Boss of the Day", run their mission and they can drop around 60 Feathers and around half as much Crystals per clear (300 with 5 clears). Without the World Boss of the Day, they'll drop less (around 30-40 Feathers, half that for Crystals) but still a decent amount if you want to rush this stage.
Stage 47: How Disarming! - [SPECIAL MISSION] Clear 10 Stages
Reward: Dimension Chest: 6* ISO-8
Deluxe Reward: 400 000 Gold
Easy.
Stage 48: Second Seed - [SEARCH] Search for Missiles
Reward: Deadpool to 6 Stars
Deluxe Reward: 50 M'Kraan Shards
Another tedious search quest, this time requiring you to find 50 Missiles from Dimension Rifts. Again, this will require a lot of energy thrown into Rifts and might take a while to finish.
Stage 49: Third Time's a Charm - [VILLAIN SIEGE] Clear 3 Stages
Reward: 20 Colossus X-Genes
Deluxe Reward: 150 Crystals
Easy.
Stage 50: Bozhe Moi! - Rank Up Colossus to 5 Stars
Reward: 25 Energy
Deluxe Reward: 50 M'Kraan Shards
Likely one of the worst roadblocks this quest for people who don't have the X-Gene Subscription or any Rank Up Tickets stored. Getting 240 X-Genes to rank Colossus from 3 to 5 stars will be very slow if you're relying purely on Shifters, but if that's the best you can do then tough luck unfortunately.
If you're stuck on this grind, you are on the final stretch and may want to consider looking ahead and preparing for the final Research in Stage 52.
Stage 51: Final Countdown - Use 100 Energy
Reward: 1 Rank 6 Black Anti-Matter
Deluxe Reward: 20 Psylocke X-Genes
Easy.
Stage 52: If You Build It... - [RESEARCH] Research the Time Slide Machine
Reward: Deadpool to 6 Mastery
Deluxe Reward: 400 000 Gold
The final difficult research, requiring 3x Rank 6 Black Anti-Matter: 2400 Rank 1 Black Anti-Matter and 16 500 000 Gold to fuse (though you just did get 1 Rank 6 from the previous quest, so take a third off those costs if you're using that). While veterans may have plenty stocked up, newer players might be stuck on this for a while. It's easiest to farm this from World Boss, though you can get some extra in small quantities in Shadowland and events/random drops.
Unlocks "[The Big Twin] Ending the Stryfe".
Stage 53: Ending Stryfe - [THE BIG TWIN] Clear Ending the Stryfe 1 time
Reward: 200 000 Gold
Deluxe Reward: 50 M'Kraan Shards
Easy.
Stage 54: X-pilogue - Complete All Stories
Reward: Deadpool to Level 60
Deluxe Reward: 400 000 Gold
This one auto-completes once Stage 53 is done. Congrats on finishing the Epic Quest!

Edits

The Research stage that requires 5 R4 BAM also requires 1200 CNS. (thanks /u/colejv)
Fixed some basic table formatting.
The Research stage that requires 1200 Phoenix Feathers also requires 1200 M'Kraan Crystals (thanks /u/xtro-reddit)
Removed spacing between numbers (eg. 1 200 -> 1200)
Added a note about force closing for Colossus Shifters.
